You can now simply swipe to see the Available Balance of your accounts without signing in. You can choose which accounts are to be displayed or turn Simple Balance off by going into the ‘Settings’ menu.

Members can now see their accounts in a vertical list, allowing them to see more accounts at a glance. We’ve also made the Accounts & Transaction screens easier to read and navigate.

·         ATM/Branch Locator

Find your nearest ATM without logging into the App.

How to download the app  

If you're an Android user, please visit Google Play to download the app, whereas iPhone enthusiasts can get the app through the Apple App Store. Simply search for "Reliance" to find the app, or use the buttons below:


Initial setup

Once you download the Reliance Banking App and open it for the first time, you will be asked for your Internet Banking User ID and Access Code. After your login details have been verified, you'll be given an opportunity to choose a new 4 digit passcode, which you will use going forward when accessing your banking through the app.

For security reasons, we highly recommend that you choose a passcode that is different from your PIN, and don't tell anyone.
