LATEST: Our EFTPOS, ATM and Banking App transactions have now been restored. Cardholders can use Savings & Cheque selection when making EFTPOS transactions. Do take note that some retailers may still experience connection issues but rest assure all systems are returning to normal.


If you are using a Visa debit card on EFTPOS, please select the "Credit" option when transacting. If you need to access your account balance or perform a transaction, please use our Mobile or Internet Banking. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you and will keep you updated as we investigate the issue.
